I was really hoping this virus would blow over and be gone by now.  I miss all my clients and it makes me sad that we have missed milestones and moments over the last month.  I am ***hoping*** to be back to scheduling and shooting sessions on June 1st, but that date is 100% dependent on the suggested best practices.  I am following the guidelines set by the state of Ohio for other close contact businesses such as hair salons and spas.  My number one priority always has been and will remain keeping your family (and mine) safe!  

My promise to you is that I will do everything possible to ensure your safety in my studio. The following practices are ones I have always followed and will continue to do:    

• Properly wash and sanitize all backdrops, props, and outfits in between each session.
• Wash hands with hot water before a session and use hand sanitizer throughout the session
• I will not do a session if I have been sick or been around anyone showing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, upset stomach, etc in the previous 48 hours.
• I ask all clients to please reschedule if they are unwell, or have been exposed to an illness.  I never charge a rescheduling fee for sickness!  
• For cake smash sessions, all edible items must be provided by the client.

I will also be introducing the following policies in my studio:

• Only immediate family will be allowed into the studio for a session. 
• For newborn sessions, siblings and extra adults will be asked to leave after family pictures are complete.
• Shoes will need to be removed as soon as you enter.  Absolutely no shoes in the shooting area (shoes on babies who are not yet walking are fine, but I always prefer naked toes anyway!)
• Everyone will need to wash hands as soon as they enter the studio. 
• Gloves and face masks will be available for clients, if desired.  I will wear a face mask for the duration of our session.  
• No outside props will be allowed in the studio.
• Please only bring in the absolute essentials.  Please leave diaper bags and car seats in the car if possible.  
• Only one session will be scheduled a day, with 48 hours in between each session.
• All toys/books in my sitting room will be removed, and all shelves and surfaces cleaned and sanitized after every session.
